Composition of the visa file for the treaty appointing a general insurance agent

  • A copy of a birth certificate less than three months old
  • A criminal record extract less than three months old
  • A dated and signed curriculum vitae
  • A CIMA form signed by a magistrate
  • An appointment treaty
  • A certificate of nationality
  • A copy of the diploma
  • Attestation of presentation of the original of the diploma
  • Attestation of professional internship or professional internship booklet

• Registration in the commercial register
• The company’s articles of association
• The provisional management accounts for the first three financial years
• A certificate of non-bankruptcy
• A lease contract
• The company’s location plan
• Any other part deemed necessary.
